Flow-Tek's technologically advanced ball valve design is the product of a highly evolved research and development program. Each valve incorporates premium components from certified vendors. The components that go into a Flow-Tek must pass a rigorous multiple incoming quality inspection procedure. Each casting has a foundry heat number for tractability.
  


 
TRIAD SERIES    

Flow-Tek’s Triad Series ball valves feature live loaded stem seals and a redundant
body seal design. Available in full and standard port models, these rugged, high pressure 3-piece valves are ideal for process, severe service, high temperature, and high cycle applications.

SERIES F15 & F30    
Flow-Tek’s F15/F30 Flanged Series ball valves feature a floating ball design for low torque and increased cycle life. As standard, larger sized valves feature trunnion type ball support. These rugged ball valves are ideal for industrial applications.

MULTI-PORT 130 Series    
Multi-Port 130 Series ball valves offer a wide range of flow patterns with 90° and 180° T & L port 3-way balls.



Standard applications:
. Mixing or blending of line media
. Diversion of flow to different locations
. Bypass of flow around strainers, meters, heat exchangers, etc.
. Direct flow out-of or into storage tanks
. Shutoff flow from different directions

SERIES S85    
Series S85 ball valves have been designed for ease of automation featuring Flow-Tek’s ISO 5211 actuator top flange. Other features include live loaded Smart Stem seals, anti-static protection, replaceable seats and seals, and safety latch handles. Threaded end connections.

V-CONTROL BALL VALVES    
With characterized V-ports, slotted ports or custom ports, V-Control Ball Valves provide accurate flow control. Available in 3-Piece and Flanged bodies, V-Control valves offer superior rangeability, repeatability and high flow capacity. These quarter turn valves are
easily automated and make an ideal control element in process piping systems. When combined with Flow-Tek’s line of Pneumatic and Electric Actuators and controls, the V-Control delivers exceptional performance.
