Procal is a manufacturer of Process Analyzers that are used for CEM’s (Continuous Emission Monitoring).
In most cases these devices are legislated for monitoring industries emission. Primarily they are used for
green house gases.

      APPLICATIONS  
(1) Recovery’s which require TRS, S02 & N0x measurements
(2) Hog fuel or biomass boilers that require Co, C02, N0, N02 N0x
(3) Gas or Bunker Boilers that require C0, S02 & N0x



 
ANALYZER CONTROL UNIT (ACU) FOR WINDOWS  

This control room software package (ACW) can be used by all Procal analysers.
Installed on a PC running Microsoft Windows NT, 98 or 95, ACW is a stand-alone
program that provides all the control and display requirements of a Procal Analyser
system.






It can be the basis of a complete CEM system. The program    can be configured to collect data from up to 8 analysers,
   each of which can accept 4-20mA inputs from other
   instruments.
Trend storage for up to 5 years
Daily, weekly and monthly report options
   

 
ANALYZER CONTROL UNIT (ACU)    

The Analyser Control Unit (ACU) is the industrial grade controller used by all the
Procal analysers.
The ACU processes data from up to four analysers to produce measured values
in the units required. The integral LCD uses text and graphics to provide a comprehensive readout.



MAIN screen displaying gas concentrations with real-time clock/calendar and status
   indications.
TEST screen displaying raw data figures, sample temperature, analyser    temperature, filter wheel speed.
TREND screen displays 48 hours’ history of each component; selectable zoom    function.
ALARM screen displays current alarm states.
User and Service MENUs for configuration and control.
     
   

 
PROCAL 5000    

Typical applications:  Very low-level SOX, NOX; Ammonia slip and Total Reduced Sulphur (TRS).
The Procal 5000 range of CEM (Continuous Emissions Monitoring) instruments is designed for in stack analysis of up to 6 gas phase stack emission components.

Measurement principle: Full UV spectrum analysis, coupled with Enveloped Folded    Beam
Fast response by direct in site measurement
Low maintenance



   

 
PULSI 200LR    

Typical applications: Monitoring NO, NO2 and SO2 Analysis from combustion process
The PULSI 200LR series of instruments is designed for in stack analysis of up to six gas phase stack emission components.

Measurement principle: Dual wavelength infra-red principle coupled with Enveloped    Folded Beam
Fast response by direct in site measurement
Low maintenance
