Since the early 1990’s LANEX has been a renowned international manufacturer of Paper Carrier Ropes.
The LANEX Paper Carrier Ropes are the preferred ropes for paper makers in many countries where we
have the largest market share; including China, Holland and Austria.  Our new COMPACT and ENDURO
ropes use the latest in manufacturing technology with multi-stage coating and impregnating processes
to create the best ropes available today.
LANEX's unique braiding procedure and patented super coating technology makes them a clear leader
in the industry. Besides single fibre impregnation and ultra-high thermo fixing, the new super coated ropes
are additionally coated and thermo stretched. This 2-step-operation improves the abrasion resistance
significantly, reduces rope stretch, prevents water absorption, increases chemical resistance and gives
better rope grip. This is an all round better solution for customers.

  BENEFITS
Advantages compared to competition
Higher resistance against abrasion
Extremely low dynamic elongation
Higher shape stability - characteristics like DUO but without core

SUPERLINE
SUPERLINE UNO, single rope, hollow braided without core. Made frome Polyamide multi-filament endless fibres plus supercoating. SUPERLINE UNO is easy to splice.
Thanks to the supercoating it resists well against hardened starch in grooves of pulleys in size press section. It performs extremely well under wet conditions. Good rope tensioning
is recommended.

SUPERLINE DUO, double rope, double braided with core. Made from Polyamide multi-filament endless fibres plus supercoating. Thanks to the special braiding construction
and supercoating, no particles can enter inside the rope. Extremely efficient in size press section with hardened starch in grooves of pulleys and under wet conditions. DUO ropes
run very smooth, without flattering also under lower tension.
The splice must be made accordingly to the Lanex splice methode.

COMPACT
The COMPACT rope is made from multifilament fibres which are not connected by twist. Rope is additionally heat-set and impregnated. Rope shows lower dynamic elongation
(0,1-0,4%) due to additional heat-setting and construction of the rope.
Contrary to conventional ropes, this rope shows higher resistance to wearing or abrasion, especially when the rope is running through the grooves of pulleys or sheaves of cylinders filled with excess size or coating paste. The rope can be used in standard groups but also
in special groups, where the rope is exposed to excessive abrasion, or flexing, or where
the problem is dynamic elongation. Compact is produced with and without an inner core.

COMPACT R
The COMPACT R rope is a new generation of rope which combines the advantages of rope with and without the core. COMPACT R, because of its special construciton, has a very round shape following the inner core. This rope can be used in all situations which normally equire the ropes with a core because of the very strong cross abrasion of the ropes.
COMPACT R rope is covered by special polymer protection, which guarantees, alongside the unique construction of this rope, very good abrasion and water resistance. COMPACT R has low dynamic elongation, between 0.2-0.4%, achieved by a unique multi-heat setting process, which allows all fibres in the rope to be stretched uniformly.

ENDURO
The ENDURO rope is produced from the mix of multifilament and short cut fibre. Rope is covered by PTFE impregnation and in addition it is also thermostabilised. It has very low elongation (0,1-0,2%) because of heatsetting. Contrary to conventional ropes, this rope shows very high resistance to hot water vapour and all kinds of agressive chemicals, which are used in the paper industry. Another advantage is stability of the rope in the splicing point, and goo threading characteristic. It is possible to use the rope in standard groups but also in groups where there is a problem with abrasion. The ENDURO rope is produced with and without an inner core.
